For an MP3 book select the Music subsection, right click on the book and choose Delete. The "Portable Devices" video is there. Otherwise, the conversion may fail. Next, choose the output format as for iPod.

And under "Output path", click "Browse" to select a folder to save the converted files. When all the settings are done, click "Start" on the lower right to begin converting added iMesh songs to MP3 for iPod, iPod touch, iPod nano, iPod classic, etc.
